It depends on which part you need hidden. On the stores' own pages, only Adam & Eve says yes to all four things this finder checks: a generic or alias sender on the label, a stated card-statement name ("Adam Mail"), refunds for unopened items, and returns of opened items. Others do better on one point, for example Babeland and Good Vibrations both state the statement name and the label sender. We did not place test orders.

Can I return a sex toy if I opened it?

Dame, Lovehoney US, Adam & Eve, LELO, and We-Vibe offer something for an opened item, but mostly not cash: Dame gives site credit, Lovehoney and We-Vibe a voucher, LELO a coupon for its electronic devices. Adam & Eve says any item can be returned for any reason within 90 days for a refund or replacement.
